Welcome to Plan Todo. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Plan Todo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Plan Todo is a productivity app that provides focus timer (Pomodoro), task management, habit tracking, analytics, and related features. The App is available on iOS and macOS through Apple's App Store.

3. Account Registration

To use cloud sync features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Plan Todo offers in-app subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2):

• Monthly plan — billed monthly
• Annual plan — billed annually
• Lifetime plan — one-time purchase

All payments are handled by Apple. Prices may change with notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all tasks, habits, focus session data, and other content you create in the App ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display your User Content solely to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Use automated tools to access the App without our permission

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, graphics, and branding are owned by Plan Todo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

• All your User Content is permanently removed within 30 days
• Active subscriptions must be canceled separately via Apple ID settings
• We retain no right to use your deleted data

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the App will meet your specific requirements
• That results from using the App (e.g., productivity gains) will be achieved

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan Todo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
